About the author:
Ragnar Hasting is a retired civil engineer from NTH. He was born in 1923 and grew up in Østre Aker. His parents were Christians and active in the church. At the Sandom Retreat Center in 1977, he met Jesus in the form of a cone of light that struck his heart. He was born again and filled with joy, and was led into fellowship with both Jesus and believing people. In 1981 he traveled to Israel for the first time and attended the Feast of Tabernacles. Since then he has been in Israel countless times. The teaching he received there from prominent Bible teachers from all over the world, in addition to other teaching in Sweden and foreign books on Israel and the church in God's plan, gave him an understanding of God's word and His plan and purposes for our time, which was invaluable. Hasting has written numerous newspaper posts and articles on biblical topics, Israel and the congregation.
